What to expect

    Before move-in

    We'll be in touch with the address, key collection details, and a friendly hello. Ask us anything. No question is too small.

    Move-in day

    A member of our team meets you at the property, walks you through the home, and makes sure heating, hot water and locks are all working.

  3. 3

    Your first week

    We check in to see how you're settling. If anything isn't right, we sort it.

    Living with us

    One contact for repairs, one contact for support. You'll always know who to call.
