Clear Path Homes provides temporary accommodation across the North West of England. We started because too many people were being placed somewhere, anywhere, without a thought for whether it actually felt like a home.
What we do
We work with local authorities, support agencies and families to provide warm, properly looked-after homes for people in transition, whether you've fled an unsafe situation, lost your home, or simply need somewhere steady while life resets.
What we believe
- Dignity isn't optional. A temporary home should still feel like home. Clean, warm, and yours for as long as you need it.
- We answer the phone. If something's wrong, you should be able to reach a real person.
- Small things matter. A working boiler, a quiet road, a door that locks properly. These are the basics, and we don't cut corners on them.
Where we work
We provide homes across Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire and Cheshire, with new properties added all the time.
